The following technical visits to DSD’s flood prevention and sewage treatment facilities in the morning of 14 November 2014 have been arranged as options (with additional charge) for all participants and their spouses. Reservation can be made during your registration process.

The following tours on 13 November 2014 have been arranged as options (with additional charge) for all participants’ spouses:

Refund of cancellations of visit and tour will be made subject to the following deadlines and administrative charges:

All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat and the refund will be made after the Conference. Please note that substitution is permitted on the basis that written notice is received on or before 29 October 2014.
The visit and tour fee is non-refundable for any no-show.

The visit and tour programme is subject to change without prior notice. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the visit and tour, the only and maximum liability of the Conference Organiser and travel agent is to refund all the fees paid. |
