The Drainage Services Department (DSD) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government (HKSARG) publishes its fourth Sustainability Report, titled “Cleaner Habour · Better Life” (“the Report”), in which we describe our economic, environmental and social performance during the fiscal year 2015-16 (i.e. 1 April 2015 to 31 March 2016). The Report is an important means of communication for we reporting our sustainability performance to our stakeholders.
