Starting from 1 July 2007, the Drainage Services Department has implemented five-day week and the opening hours of our public services:

Office/Services Opening Hours
(i)    HQs Gen Enquiry Hotline (2877 0660) 8:30 am – 5:15 pm from Monday to Friday,
lunch break 12:45 pm – 1:45 pm
(ii)    Enquiry Hotline relating to Sewage Charge / Trade Effluent Surcharge (2834 9432) 8:30 am – 5:15 pm from Monday to Friday,
lunch break 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm

Incoming calls outside the service hours are recorded in a Telephone Recording System for follow-up actions in the following working day.
(iii)   Counter Enquiry Service relating to Sewage Charge/Trade Effluent Surcharge
 
(iv)   Inspection and/or request for drainage record plans at the Drawing Office at
     (a)   23/F 1063 King's Road (covering Hong Kong Islands and all outlying islands)
     (b)   13/F Kowloon Government Offices (covering Kowloon and New Territories)
8:30 am – 5:15 pm from Monday to Friday,
lunch break 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm
(v)    Hotline for making Drain/Sewer Blockage Complaints (2300 1110)
 
(vi)   Handling of sewer blockage complaints and clearing of blocked sewers/drains.
24 hours a day from Monday to Sunday
