
Starting from 1 July 2007, the Drainage Services Department has implemented five-day week and the opening hours of our public services:

Incoming calls outside the service hours are recorded in a Telephone Recording System for follow-up actions in the following working day.

(a) 42/F Revenue Tower (covering Hong Kong Islands and all outlying islands)
(b) 13/F Kowloon Government Offices (covering Kowloon and New Territories) |

(v) Hotline for making Drain/Sewer Blockage Complaints (2300 1110)
(vi) Handling of sewer blockage complaints and clearing of blocked sewers/drains. |
