Future Land Use of Existing SKSTW Site after the Relocation
DSD will work with CEDD to aim at balancing development at the existing SKSTW site taking into consideration of the society needs. The preliminary idea at present is that the site would be used for housing and other beneficial uses to improve the community and environment and support the sustainable development of Hong Kong. Community facilities, recreation areas such as waterfront promenade would also be considered as appropriate.
