The project team of DSD, the engineering consultants and the contractor introduced the project to Kwun Tong District Council members Mr. Tam Siu-cheuk and Mr. Cheng Keung-fung on 22nd November 2018 and 14th December 2018, and exchanged ideas on different aspects of the project.
