Experience Sharing Session by Ir Dr Hon LO Wai-kwok, LegCo Member - Procedural Matters and Communication Skills in LegCo Works

The Experience Sharing Session by Ir Dr Hon LO Wai-kwok, Legislative Council (LegCo) Member of the Engineering Functional Constituency, was successfully held on 25 April 2016. Nearly a hundred of our engineers joined the Session. Dr LO shared with us his valuable experience at the LegCo, in particular the communication skills for government engineers to answer questions of LegCo Members in carrying out public works projects. Dr LO also outlined the operations of the LegCo, Finance Committee and Public Works Subcommittee, making us more confident in lobbying LegCo Members for their support. Ending with a highly interactive and fruitful Q&A session, the event greatly benefited the work of our engineers and the career development of the young ones.
