The Drainage Services Department signed a $16.6 million contract with the Contractor Ming Hing Waterworks Engineering Company Limited on 27 February 2015 for renewal of existing rising main in Northeast New Territories.The contract comprises mainly the renewal of about 1.3km long rising main along the access road leading to NENT Landfill leachate pumping station, and along Lin Ma Hang Road.  The contract is scheduled for completion in early 2016.
