Hong Kong InnoVision and China Zhi Gong Party visited Stonecutters Island Sewage Treatment Works on 29 April 2019.  Mr Anthony TSANG Kwok-leung, the Assistant Director/ Sewage Services and Mr TSE Yuet-kar, the Chief Engineer / Sewage Treatment Division gave an introduction on the design and operation of the Harbour Area Treatment Scheme of the Drainage Services Department.
