DSD 30th Anniversary cum Completion of Harbour Area Treatment Scheme’s Main System Enhancement Works Ceremony

The Drainage Services Department (DSD) celebrated its 30th anniversary cum completion of Harbour Area Treatment Scheme’s (HATS’) main system enhancement works at Stonecutters Island Sewage Treatment Works on 22 March 2019. The Secretary for Development, Mr WONG Wai-lun, the Secretary for the Environment, Mr WONG Kam-sing, the Permanent Secretary for Development (Works), Mr LAM Sai-hung, and the Deputy Secretary for the Environment, Ms YONG Bick-kwan, the Director of Drainage Services, Mr LO Kwok-wah, and the former Director of Drainage Services, Mr TONG Ka-hung, officiated the ceremony with the presence of guests and working partners.
