To celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the Drainage Services Department, a "Manhole Cover Design Competition" was launched in November 2018. The competition has entered the final stage. The "Top Ten" designs standing out from more than 1,400 high quality entries is now competing for the "Most Popular Award". We sincerely invite you to take the opportunity to vote for your favourite manhole cover design at http://dsdmanholecompetition.hk/.
