The Director of Drainage Services, Mr Edwin TONG Ka-hung; the Deputy Director of Drainage Services, Mr MAK Ka-wai; the Assistant District Officer (Yuen Long), Mr Nixon NG Lak-sun; the Chairman of Yuen Long District Council, Mr SHUM Ho-kit; the Chairman of Ha Tsuen Rural Committee, Mr. TANG Lai-tung and the representatives of Consultants and Contractors were the officiating guests of the event. |
