DSD awarded Agreement No. CE 61/2013 (DS) “Upgrading of West Kowloon and Tsuen Wan Sewerage – Investigation, Design and Construction”

The Drainage Services Department (DSD) signed a $18.8 million consultancy agreement on 23July2014 with Atkins China Limitedto undertake the investigation, design and construction supervision for the upgrading of West Kowloon and Tsuen Wan Sewerage.
 
The scope of the consultancy agreement comprises the review, site investigations, impact assessments, detailed design, tendering, construction supervision and commissioning arrangement for the upgrading of West Kowloon and Tsuen Wan Sewerage.  The consultancy agreement will last for about 140 months.
