DSD awarded Agreement No. CE 30/2025 (GE) “Engineer Inspections and Stability Assessment for Maintenance of DSD Slopes / Retaining Walls (2025 – 2030) – Investigation”

The Drainage Services Department signed a consultancy agreement of about $5.98 million with WSP (Asia) Limited on 10 April 2026 for undertaking the engineer inspection and stability assessment for DSD slopes and retaining walls.
The consultancy agreement adopts New Engineering Contract 4 (NEC4) Professional Services Contract (PSC) Option A. The consultancy agreement will last for about 60 months.
The Assistant Director/Operations and Maintenance, Mr Edwin LAU Shing-cheong (second right), the Chief Engineer/Hong Kong and Islands, Mr LAI Ying-keung (first right) of DSD and the Managing Director, Mr Joseph WONG Chi-wai (second left) and the Director, Mr LI Chi-wa (first left) of WSP (Asia) Limited attended the Agreement Signing Ceremony.
