DSD awarded Contract No. DC/2023/17 “West Kowloon and Tsuen Wan Village Sewerage – Phase 2 (Package 1)”

The Drainage Services Department (DSD) signed a works contract of about $142 million with Darwin Engineering Limited on 15 August 2025. The works include construction of about 4.6 kilometres (km) long gravity sewers in San Tsuen, Wo Yi Hop and Sheung Kwai Chung in Tsuen Wan, and Cheung Hang in West Kowloon. This 41-month works contract commenced on 25 July 2025.
