Secretary for Development Bureau, Ms Bernadette LINN Hon-ho invited Mr Leonard WONG Chek-yuet, Engineer, to introduce the department's award-winning project in the blog – "Mosaic Model Map" (M³), a gold medal with the congratulations of jury at the 50th International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva, using technology to deliver prompt response under extreme weather.

Mr WONG mentioned that, M3 can continuously collect real-time hydrological measurement data in 24 hours, as well as precipitation and tidal forecast for the next 1 to 2 hours. It then compares the forecasting data with simulation predictions, subsequently displaying the flooding risk in various districts on the same platform.
