DSD awarded Agreement No. CE 8/2024 (DS) “Term Consultancy for Flood Investigation and Drainage Study – Feasibility Study”

The Drainage Services Department signed a consultancy agreement with AECOM Asia Company Limited on 27 March 2025 for undertaking flood investigation and drainage study service udner a term consultancy arrangement.
The consultancy agreement adopts New Engineering Contract 3 (NEC3) Professional Services Contract (PSC) Option G. The consultancy agreement will last for about 36 months.
The Assistant Director/Operations and Maintenance, Mr. Edwin LAU Shing-cheong (second left), Chief Engineer / Land Drainage, Ms. Esther YUEN Ka-wai (first left) of the DSD and the Vice President (Water, Hong Kong), Mr Robert CHAN Ying-kin (second right), and the Executive Director (Water, Hong Kong), Mr Stanley CHAN Chi-wai of AECOM Asia Company Limited attended the Agreement Signing Ceremony.
