DSD awarded Contract No. DE/2023/03 “Provision of Electrical and Mechanical Installations for New Sha Tau Kok Stormwater Pumping Station”

The Drainage Services Department signed a works contract of about $146 million with Torishima (Hong Kong) Limited on 26 February 2025. The works include the provision of electrical and mechanical installations for New Sha Tau Kok Stormwater Pumping Station. This contract commenced on 20 January 2025 and will last for around 42 months.
The Assistant Director / Electrical and Mechanical, Ms. LAI Wai-kwan (second right), Chief Engineer / Electrical & Mechanical Projects, Mr. TONG Yuen-fung (first right) of DSD, and the Managing Director, Mr. CHOI Kwok-yuen (second left), the General Manager – Project Division, Mr. CHEUNG Hon-ming (first left) of Torishima (Hong Kong) Limited, attended the contract signing ceremony.
