DSD awarded Agreement No. CE 71/2023 (DS) “Rehabilitation and Construction of Sewage Rising Mains – Phase 2A - Investigation, Design and Construction”

The Drainage Services Department signed a consultancy agreement of about $6.68 million on 5 September 2024 with Mannings (Asia) Consultants Limited for undertaking the investigation, design and construction for “Rehabilitation and Construction of Sewage Rising Mains – Phase 2A”.

The consultancy agreement adopts New Engineering Contract 4 (NEC4) Professional Services Contract (PSC) Option A.  Its scope comprises investigation, detailed design and construction supervision for rehabilitation of about 2 km sewage rising mains in Sai Kung, Sha Tin and Tai Po districts.  The consultancy agreement will last for about 96 months.
