DSD awarded Contract No. DE/2023/01 “Provision of Electrical and Mechanical Equipment for Sha Tin Intermediate Sewage Pumping Station”

The Drainage Services Department signed a works contract of about $234 million with Torishima (Hong Kong) Limited on 26 July 2024. The works include the provision of electrical and mechanical equipment for Sha Tin Intermediate Sewage Pumping Station. This contract commenced on 30 May 2024 and will last for around 56 months.
The Assistant Director / Electrical and Mechanical, Mr. CHAN Yiu Hon (second right ), Project Leader / Cavern Projects (Electrical & Mechanical), Mr. Fung Wing Cheong (first right) of DSD, and the Managing Director, Mr. CHOI Kwok Yuen (second left), the General Manager – Project Division, Mr. CHEUNG Hon Ming (first left) of Torishima (Hong Kong) Limited, attended the contract signing ceremony.
