DSD awarded Agreement No. CE 1/2023 (DS) “Yuen Long South Effluent Polishing Plant – Design and Construction”

The Drainage Services Department signed a consultancy agreement of about $43.50 million with Arup – Binnies Joint Venture on 27 June 2024 for undertaking the design and construction for Yuen Long South Effluent Polishing Plant. 

The consultancy agreement adopts New Engineering Contract 4 (NEC4) Professional Services Contract (PSC) Option C. The consultancy agreement will last for about 128 months.
