Phoenix TV News Introduced the DSD's Flood Prevention Strategy and Infrastructure

DSD Engineer, Mr Alex LAU Yiu-man, introduced DSD's flood prevention strategies and infrastructures during the interview by the Phoenix TV News on 30 Jan 2024.
In the programme, Mr LAU explained the overall flood prevention strategies of Hong Kong, and introduced the projects background and operation of the Hong Kong West Drainage Tunnel and the Happy Valley Underground Stormwater Storage Scheme. Apart from that, Mr LAU also shared the challenges encountered by the DSD in maintaining flood prevention facilities under the influence of climate change.
