Phoenix TV Programme “Hong Kong Nature Stories” Introduced the Harbour Area Treatment Scheme

DSD System Advisor, Mr Henry CHAU Kwok-ming and DSD Electrical & Mechanical Engineer, Ms Ivy LEUNG Yick-laam shared the Harbour Area Treatment Scheme (HATS) during the interview by the Phoenix TV Programme “Hong Kong Nature Stories” on 30 May 2023.
In the programme, Mr CHAU briefly introduced that the HATS was implemented in two stages and shared the challenges encountered during its construction stage. Ms LEUNG then summarised that the HATS has improved the water quality on both sides of the Victoria Harbour, enabling the resumption of the Cross Harbour Race.
