TVB interviewed DSD on the job duties of engineer

DSD graduate engineers Ms Claudia, NG Tsz-yin, Ms Sarita, CHAN Sai-tung and Ms Belinda, CHAN Mei-yi were interviewed by TVB's programme “Design for Future” on 10 March 2023. They shared their experiences as female engineers, highlighting that women can fulfill their engineering dreams while balancing site work and personal life.
Ms NG explained that engineers not only work in the office but also have to visit construction sites to monitor project progress. Fortunately, her regular exercise routine helps her cope with physically demanding site inspection work. Ms Sarita, CHAN Sai-tung shared that she frequently participates in industry events, hoping to raise public awareness about the importance of engineering through interesting and novel means. Ms Belinda, CHAN Mei-yi revealed that she enjoys visiting projects she has been involved in.
