DSD awarded Agreement No. CE 74/2022 (DS) “Consultancy Services for Engineering Construction of Contract No. DC/2022/05 - Sau Nga Road Stormwater Storage Scheme – Design and Construction”

The Drainage Services Department (DSD) signed a consultancy agreement of HK$21.0 million with Mott MacDonald Hong Kong Limited on 31 August 2023 for undertaking the consultancy services for engineering construction of Contract No. DC/2022/05 - Sau Nga Road Stormwater Storage Scheme.
The consultancy agreement adopts New Engineering Contract 4 (NEC4) Professional Services Contract (PSC) Option A. The scope of the assignment comprises consultancy services and financial control for the Contract No. DC/2022/05, together with services related to financial management and administration of the NEC contract. The consultancy agreement will last for about 74 months.
The Assistant Director/Projects and Development, Mr. CHOI Wing-hing, Brian (second right), the Chief Engineer/Drainage Projects, Mr. WAN Cheuk-keung, Ian (first right) of DSD; and the Managing Director, Dr Anne Frances KERR (third left), the Sector Leader, Mr. CHING Ming-kam, Eric (second left) and the Technical Director, Mr. CHOI Wing-chung, Hayman (first left) of Mott MacDonald Hong Kong Limited attended the Agreement Signing Ceremony
