DSD awarded Agreement No. CE 91/2021 (DS) “Port Shelter Sewerage, Stage 2, Package 4 – Design and Construction”

The Drainage Services Department signed a consultancy agreement of about $15.8 million on 27 October 2022 with Binnies Hong Kong Limited for undertaking the design and construction for “Port Shelter Sewerage, Stage 2, Package 4”.
The consultancy agreement adopts New Engineering Contract 3 (NEC3) Professional Services Contract (PSC) Option C. Its scope comprises detailed design and construction supervision for the sewerage system in 17 villages at Sai Kung and Port Shelter Areas. The consultancy agreement will last for about 112 months.
