DSD awarded Agreement No. CE 79/2022 (DS) “North District Sewerage - Village Sewerage in Ta Kwu Ling and Trunk Sewer in Fan Kam Road - Investigation, Design and Construction”

The Drainage Services Department signed a consultancy agreement of about $13.0 million on 12 May 2023 with Binnies Hong Kong Limited for undertaking the investigation, design and construction for “North District Sewerage - Village Sewerage in Ta Kwu Ling and Trunk Sewer in Fan Kam Road”.
The consultancy agreement adopts New Engineering Contract 3 (NEC3) Professional Services Contract (PSC) Option C. Its scope comprises investigation, detailed design and construction supervision for the sewerage system in 6 villages at Ta Kwu Ling Areas and trunk sewer at Fan Kam Road. The consultancy agreement will last for about 114 months.
