DSD awarded Agreement No. CE 40/2022 (DS) “Review of Drainage Master Plan in Tseung Kwan O – Feasibility Study”

The Drainage Services Department (DSD) signed a HK$7.29 million consultancy agreement with Asia Infrastructure Solutions Limited on 12 January 2023 for undertaking the study to review the drainage master plan in Tseung Kwan O.
The consultancy study adopts New Engineering Contract 4 (NEC4) Professional Service Contract (PSC) Option A. Its scope comprises assessing the performance of the existing drainage system in the study area and proposing short-term and long-term drainage improvement measures to further reduce the risk of flooding and cope with future development and climate change. The consultancy study will last for about 18 months.
