DSD awarded Agreement No. CE 29/2022 (DS) “Drainage Improvement Works in Kowloon City – Design and Construction”

The Drainage Services Department signed a consultancy agreement of about $10.0 million on 27 October 2022 with Binnies Hong Kong Limited for undertaking the design and construction for the drainage improvement works in Kowloon City.
The consultancy agreement adopts New Engineering Contract 3 (NEC3) Professional Services Contract (PSC) Option C. The scope comprises detailed design and construction supervision for the drainage improvement works in Kowloon City including a stormwater storage scheme at Argyle Street Playground and drainage upgrading works in Sung Wong Toi and Hung Hom. The consultancy agreement will last for about 98 months.
