"Science in the Public Service" Lecture: Rivers in the City

DSD Engineer, Ms Maggie YIP Pui-kei, delivered a lecture about the concept of "Rivers in the City" and the relevant river revitalisation works in Hong Kong Science Museum under the "Science in the Public Service" campaign on 3 September 2022.

Ms Yip introduced the concept of "Rivers in the City" which aims to promote wider application of river revitalisation in Hong Kong and to allow more rivers integrated into communities. River revitalisation can beautify the environment, provides high quality open space and allows the public experience the multiple values of water bodies, achieving a better living environment.
