DSD awarded Agreement No. CE 76/2021 (DS) “Upgrading of Tolo Harbour Effluent Export Scheme – Investigation”

The Drainage Services Department signed a consultancy agreement of about $11.4 million on 31 August 2022 with AECOM Asia Company Limited for undertaking the investigation for the upgrading of Tolo Harbour Effluent Export Scheme.
New Engineering Contract 4 (NEC4) Professional Services Contract (PSC) Option C was adopted in this consultancy agreement. Its scope comprises investigation for the upgrading of Tolo Harbour Effluent Export Scheme. The consultancy agreement will last for about 18 months.
