ISD interviewed DSD Senior Engineer Mr John LEUNG Kwong-chung

Information Services Department (ISD) interviewed DSD Senior Engineer Mr John LEUNG Kwong-chung on 23 March 2022, to understand the sewerage construction at the Tsing Yi Community Isolation Facility (Tsing Yi CIF).

In the interview, Mr LEUNG said DSD finished constructing a sewage pipe within a week to increase the sewerage capacity of the Tsing Yi CIF. Mr LEUNG also shared an “almost pipeline crash” story and his experience of collaborating with other government departments during the project.
