DSD awarded Agreement No. CE 89/2020 (DS) “Enhancement of Hydraulic Models of Urban Area Catchments – Feasibility Study”

The Drainage Services Department signed a consultancy agreement of $6.0 million with Binnies Hong Kong Limited on 13 August 2021 for undertaking the feasibility study for the enhancement of hydraulic models of urban area catchments.

The consultancy agreement adopts New Engineering Contract 4 (NEC4) Professional Service Contract (PSC) Option A. Its scope comprises enhancing the hydraulic models in Tseung Kwan O, East Kowloon, West Kowloon and Happy Valley. The consultancy agreement will last for about 30 months.
