DSD awarded Agreement No. CE 54/2020 (DS) “Drainage Improvement Works in Mui Wo - Investigation”

The Drainage Services Department signed a consultancy agreement of about $10.5 million on 14 July 2021 with Binnies Hong Kong Limited for undertaking the investigation for the drainage improvement works in Mui Wo.

This consultancy agreement is the first consultancy agreement in this Department adopting New Engineering Contract 4 (NEC4) Professional Services Contract (PSC) Option C. The consultancy agreement will last for about 24 months.
