DSD awarded Agreement No. CE 69/2020 (DS) “Village sewerage at Peng Chau and Tolo Harbour Areas - Design and Construction”

The Drainage Services Department signed a consultancy agreement of about $4.8 million on 11 June 2021 with Meinhardt Infrastructure and Environment Limited for undertaking the design and construction for "Village sewerage at Peng Chau and Tolo Harbour Areas".

The consultancy agreement adopts New Engineering Contract 4 (NEC4) Professional Services Contract (PSC) Option A. Its scope comprises detailed design and construction supervision for the sewerage system in 13 villages at Peng Chau and Tolo Harbour Areas. The consultancy agreement will last for about 84 months.

The Assistant Director/Sewage Services, Mr LEUNG Wing-yuen, Walter (second right), Principal Project Coordinator/Special Duty, Mr CHOI Chun-ming (first right) of DSD and the Managing Director, Mr KUNG Wing Chuen, Francis (second left), Operation Director - Infrastructure, Mr MAK Tak-ming (first left) of Meinhardt Infrastructure and Environment Limited attended the Agreement Signing Ceremony.
