Information Services Department covered sewage surveillance work

Information Services Department interviewed Mr HO Yiu-kwong, Assistant Director/Operations and Maintenance, to understand the sewage sampling workflow on 11 March 2021.

In the interview, Mr HO explained the sewage sampling workflow, including how an ideal sampling location is identified, sampling schedule, and challenges, etc. Mr HO pinpointed that the sampling work was not an easy task for a large number of samples have to be collected within a very short period of time.
