Drainage Services Department

DSD awarded Contract No. DC/2020/01 “Upgrading of West Kowloon and Tsuen Wan Sewerage – Phase 2C & Village Sewerage in Fanling”

The Drainage Services Department signed a works contract of $180.75 million with Welcome Construction Company Limited on 21 January 2021. The works include upgrading of about 9 kilometres of existing sewers in West Kowloon and Kwai Chung; construction of 2 new dry weather flow interceptors in Kwai Chung; construction of about 6 kilometres of village sewerage in Fanling and ancillary works. This 60-month works contract commenced on 13 January 2021.
