DSD awarded Agreement No. CE 54/2019 (DS) “Revitalisation of Tai Wai Nullah and Fo Tan Nullah – Investigation”

The Drainage Services Department (DSD) signed a HK$8.182 million consultancy agreement with AECOM Asia Company Limited on 27 April 2020 for undertaking the investigation for the revitalisation of Tai Wai Nullah and Fo Tan Nullah.

The consultancy agreement adopts New Engineering Contract 4 (NEC4) Processional Services Contract (PSC) Option A. Under the new NEC4 PSC, DSD and the consultant will cooperate to complete the study within the specified time frame, and advance the implementation of innovative and sustainable solutions for the revitalization of Tai Wai Nullah and Fo Tan Nullah. Its scope comprises review, site investigation, impact assessments and preliminary design for the revitalisation of Tai Wai Nullah and Fo Tan Nullah. The consultancy agreement will last for about 24 months.
