DSD set up Kai Tak River Trail

3 April 2020

To promote the public's understanding of the history and drainage improvement works of Kai Tak River, the Drainage Services Department (DSD) has set up a trail along Kai Tak River in Wong Tai Sin district.

The 1-km trail starts at Shatin Pass Road and ends at Prince Edward Road East along the riverbank of Kai Tak River. It takes around 15 minutes to complete. There are panels distributed in 10 different locations of the trail to provide information on the history, improvement works and ecological aspects of Kai Tak River, which enable the public to know more about the river while enjoying its scenery after greening and revitalization works.

Details of river trail is available in the following project website: https://www.dsd.gov.hk/others/KTR/en/index.html
