DSD awarded Contract No. DE/2018/04 “Shek Wu Hui Effluent Polishing Plant – Main Works Stage 1 – E&M Works for Sewage Treatment Facilities”

The Drainage Services Department signed a works contract of about $558 million with Bestwise Envirotech Limited on 12 December 2019.  The works include electrical and mechanical installation works for sewage treatment facilities including inlet works no. 1, primary sedimentation tanks, bioreactors and pre-treatment screen chamber, membrane tanks and building no. 2, etc.; and testing and commissioning for the associated systems. This 54-month works contract commenced on 2 December 2019.
