DSD awarded Agreement No. CE 2/2019 (DS) “Construction and Rehabilitation of Sewage Rising Mains in Southern District – Investigation, Design and Construction”

The Drainage Services Department signed an approximate $10 million consultancy agreement on 19 September 2019 with Black & Veatch Hong Kong Limited for undertaking the investigation, design and construction for Construction and Rehabilitation of Sewage Rising Mains in Southern District.

The scope of the consultancy agreement comprises preliminary and detailed design, public consultation, preparation of tender documents, assessment of tender and construction supervision for rising mains in Southern District. The consultancy agreement will last for about 142 months.
