DSD 30th Anniversary - Tea Gathering with Green Groups

"DSD 30th Anniversary - Tea Gathering with Green Groups" was held at Kai Tak Desilting Compound No.1 on 9 August 2019.  Guests from green groups, local university and Civil Engineering and Development Department (CEDD) participated in the event.

DSD colleagues led the guests for a tour to the Upper Kai Tak River and Kai Tak Desilting Compound No.1 beforehand. After that, the Director of Drainage Services, Mr LO Kwok Wah, Kelvin introduced at the opening remarks our works and efforts on promoting sustainable development in Hong Kong.  The guests also actively shared their collaboration experience with DSD.  This event enabled DSD, CEDD and the green groups to gain an insight of the works of each other and paved the way for future collaborations.
