Manhole Cover Design Competition

The Drainage Services Department (DSD) is celebrating its 30th Anniversary next year, since its establishment in 1989. In celebration of this remarkable year, DSD is going to hold a Manhole Cover Design Competition, with the theme "30 Years of Groundwork, Embracing a New Age". The competition aims at enhancing the public’s understanding of our work, as well as encouraging citizens to jointly establish our city. Winners will be awarded with attractive prizes and will be invited to join the Prize Presentation Ceremony during the DSD Open Day 2019, to be held on 19 and 20 January 2019 at Sha Tin Sewage Treatment Works.
