DSD has won two awards in The Ombudsman's Awards 2018

DSD has won two individual Awards for Officers of Public Organisations at the 22nd Presentation Ceremony of The Ombudsman's Awards 2018 on 2 November. Both the awards were given to our colleagues in the Operations and Maintenance Branch- Engineer of Hong Kong and Islands Division Ms Annie TANG Ka-yuet and Engineer of Mainland North Division Ms Tanya TSUI Wing-har for their outstanding performance in providing quality customer service in handling the flooding incidents in Tai O and Shan Liu River. The Ombudsman's Awards Scheme was introduced in 1997 and the Scheme was extended in 1999 to honour individual public officers to recognise their positive attitude in handling complaints and continuous efforts in delivering efficient and quality services to the public. DSD has received the awards continuously in the past years. It indicated that the devoted service and valuable contribution provided by DSD are well received by the public.
