TVB’s “A Closer Look” Programme reported on Caverns Development in Hong Kong

On July 18, 2018, the TVB News Channel interviewed the representatives from Civil Engineering and Development Department, Planning Department and Drainage Services Department (DSD) at the Stanley Sewage Treatment Works regarding the land supply option of Caverns and Underground Space Developments proposed by the Task Force on Land Supply. During the interview, our senior engineer Mr LEUNG Hon-wan, David guided the reporters to DSD’s Stanley Sewage Treatment Works hidden in cavern. He also provided an update on the latest progress of the Relocation of Sha Tin Sewage Treatment Works to Caverns project.
