DSD awarded Agreement No. CE 56/2012 (DS) “Port Shelter Sewerage, Stage 2 – Local Sewage Treatment Plants – Design and Construction”

The Drainage Services Department signed a $5.4 million consultancy agreement on 14 June 2013 with Black and Veatch Hong Kong Limited for undertaking the design and construction supervision for local sewage treatment plants at Port Shelter, Sai Kung.

The scope of the consultancy agreement comprises the review, investigations, impact assessments, design, tendering, construction supervision and commissioning of proposed local sewage treatment plants at Port Shelter, Sai Kung.  The consultancy agreement is expected to take about 88 months to complete.
