DSD awarded Agreement No. CE 65/2017 (DS) “Extension of Siu Ho Wan Sewage Treatment Works – Feasibility Study”

The Drainage Services Department (DSD) signed a consultancy agreement of about $14 million on 25 June 2018 with AECOM Asia Company Limited for undertaking the feasibility study for the extension of Siu Ho Wan Sewage Treatment Works. The consultancy agreement adopts “Professional Services Contract” type of the New Engineering Contract (NEC). Its scope comprises preliminary technical studies and impact assessments, site investigations and surveys, preparation of outline design, formulation of implementation strategies and programmes, and public consultation exercises for the extension of Siu Ho Wan Sewage Treatment Works. The consultancy agreement will last for about 21 months.
