The Secretary for Development, Mr. Michael WONG Wai-lun, shares the story of Mr. KOO Wai-ming, the Drain Chargeman of the Drainage Services Department, on his blog when Father's Day is approaching, and he would like to show his support to the good daddies. He hopes that the public can have more understanding on how the front-line colleagues work silently for the community. On top of it, daddies also take up the responsibility of taking care of the families. They are worthy of applause, encouragement and support.
