The Drainage Services Department signed a $1.2 million consultancy agreement on 16 January 2014 with Cinotech Consultants Limited for undertaking the environmental impact assessment studies of the sewerage works at Po Toi O, Sai Kung.

The scope of the consultancy agreement is to the conduct environmental impact assessment (EIA) study and to apply for environmental permit for the proposed sewerage works at Po Toi O.  The consultancy agreement is expected to take about 18 months to complete.
