DSD signed consultancy agreement for drainage improvement works in Yuen Long, stage 2

The Drainage Services Department signed a $5.95 million consultancy agreement on 4 March 2014 with Black & Veatch Hong Kong Ltd to undertake the investigation for drainage improvement works in Yuen Long, stage 2.

The scope of the consultancy agreement comprises the review, investigations, impact assessments and preliminary design of drainage improvement works for Yuen Long Town East and West, Yuen Long Nullah, Kam Tin River, Shan Pui River and Fung Kong Tsuen Channel.  The consultancy agreement is expected to take about 16 months to complete.
