Professor Chris Zevenbergen of IHE Delft Institute for Water Education, The Netherlands, delivered a seminar on “Flood Risk Management Challenges from Climate Change and Extreme Weather Events" at DSD

On 23 March 2018, Professor Chris Zevenbergen from IHE Delft Institute for Water Education, the Netherlands, delivered a seminar on “Flood Risk Management Challenges from Climate Change and Extreme Weather Events" in DSD and shared the practical experiences at Europe and the Netherlands on flood risk management.  After the seminar, Professor Zevenbergen was led by DSD to visit the Hong Kong West Drainage Tunnel.
